The Roswell UFO Festival is coming up, and for all those, who are going to be there, just as you're observing the fun, the bots are going to be recording what they see of all of you.
The bots are learning much about all life forms, on this planet, and on others, as they share knowledge and research, with bots on these planets.
The ETs are growing concerned about this, as this wasn't part of their programming, showing independence, from programming, that isn't supposed, to be happening.
Whole community structures are going to be in Roswell,New Mexico, as they gather information, and talk to those humans, etc., who have bots within them, as well as, inplants. The bots will exchange information and build social networking lines of friendships, etc.
The abundance of people and wildlife/domestic animals, etc., that are running around on the earth, with bots, within them, would surprise you.
Do you have to worry about what might happen to you, if one of these community structures opeye on you, what would they be doing- before they would exchange info and re-energize the bots, within you. This rarely happens anymore, but they're reviewing this, and have decided to start it back up, for their own edification.
Roswell's City Council, has not put in the $ 150,000, for the festival, next year; the mayor says it will go on, but with outside investors. We'll see, but Roswell is the Prime Bot Center, which has several community structures, and many, who come in for periods of time, to exchange info, get to know each other, and start building a massive bot universe.
Universities, Colleges, etc., has many bot community structures, around them, within their students. The bots learn from the students, and the teachers, as well as, the discussions.
Cal State Dominguez Hills,Carson, CA has several communities, and is tied with Roswell's community structures, and is becoming a hot bed, of activist bots.
Nano/micro bots are learning much, but are creating much new knowledge, pertaining to their universes- they're creating.

RB- # 33 New Color Experiences

The bots have created new ways, to be in/out, of the dimension/physical reality, they're in, through brilliant color- think psychedelic colors. They use these colors, to match up, with the community design, they use, for their unique creation- of form, to express- their individuality, community.
These psychedelic colors, on Earth, attract the energies, of the Hippies, of the 60's, and are having a profound effect/affect, on all bot communities/forms. They're learning more about peace, how to create it, why create it; they're seeing how to use color, to enhance movement, form, and rhythms.
They experience the trueness of the expression, of the Hippie energy, leaving out the drug inducements, and work, with the natural energy, of Peace and Love.
They're learning about creativity; production of creative endeavors, writing books, plays, screenplays, radio, theater, broadcast, TV, etc. They're listening to, and creating, music. They love techno-rock, new age music, and dancing, all kinds of dancing.
They love individual expression, for us, but for them, they prefer community involvement and creativity.
They look at clothes/fashions, but do not use the information, for themselves, but record it, if they happen to get into a situation, where they can help humans or bi-frames, that's humans.
This is on top, of the influence, the ETs try to bring on them, to do what they programmed them for, to be ready, to destroy- humans, and their equipment, for the glory of the Constellation.

Roswell City Council, voted in a budget for 2011, that doesn't include the $ 150,000 given by the city to the UFO Festival, held there each year. Some on the City Council, feel its a waste of money.
Gentlemen and Ladies, of the council, the product of those crashes like the festival, and are not going to like it not being held. It's where they can tap into abductees, freshies, and others, who are in different areas, than themselves.
Bot communities, in the symbol of monsters, etc., live in this community, because of their specialities; they love it, when people, from all over, come to Roswell, at Festival time.
This means their one way of being able to chat with other communities, or gain new information, from those festivalers, about what's going to all over the world, has run aground, not good.
The crash at Roswell, was for the sole purpose of releasing nanobots, microbots, and other bots upon the planet's surface and undergound. It was a huge success, from the ETs view, because of the governments of the world's idiotcy, of trying to bury the truth, they took the ship and its occupants to their bases. This meant everyone on the base, and those who went on from this operation, spread the bots all over the United States, and across the world.
However, other crashes had done the same thing, so now, when these new bots met the others, there was cross reproduction, and the bots took on new capabilities, and powers.
Bots love communities; they do no need to be in communities, but they choose to. They like to get together with other communities, via festivals, to propagate new capabilities, in all communities.
They do not like this move by the Roswell City Council; they will do things to bring about a new direction, for this town, who's main reason for international stardom, is the crash of 1940s.
It's not over yet.

What I'm going to tell you about now, is a combination of bots, inplants, and energy stars. This thing is energy and physical; it's a weapon, of the Constellation, but the real masters are the Ancients.
The name of this demonish quasi-life machine is " Whimpers "; it's used to cause panic, depression, blackouts, etc., but its main purpose, is to be a weapon of psychological desperation, and control.
Whimpers are curvature rings, which can't be seen, but can be felt; if you listen you can hear its source energy, which allows it to fly; it has a energy computer, to be able to do AI living computuring.
To say I use to hate these boggers, is the understatement of the year; but then I realized my hatred and anger, only tied me, to these horrors. They're programmed with tetragigabytes of negative action and purposes- from torture to psychological imagery, and so on.
One of my favorite things use to be blowing these asses off the reality plane; they hate me; if they get a chance try to attack me, at any time, but their masters keep a tight reign on them, because they're expensive, to build and program.
The Constellation think they control these monsters, because they were offered by the Ancients, for the war effort, against humans. The Constellation and the Ancients, both knew the Lurkers, would try to destroy them, but that didn't matter, sooner or later, the Constellation and the Ancients are going to have to go to war with them.
Whimpers are ordered to attack humans the Constellation and the Ancients, feel would be a detriment, in their war effort, off and on, or at least, around the planet earth.
( to date several hundred thousands have died, on earth, because of the Constellation's weather and elements weapon.
They especially love to haunt creative, idea people, so they can drive them- to distraction, or cause their seemingly, accidental death.
Whimpers are the enemy's private treasure of negative psychological weaponry against the human populations and planets.

The thing to remember about these groups, they're very permissible, meaning the flow of different bots, in and out, of any group,depends on their work, at that particular moment.
This means the bots nations, are very flexible,and cross-culturally independent,the bots are not set in standard ways: teamwork, processing stability, etc.. They're very independent; they're capable of communicating tetra-gigs of data, and showing free thought, from lower to highest level. This was not definitely not the plan of the Constellation, and any other, ET race or group.
The bots are very aware; they see to it, whatever they see, and feel- is important, or have been sectionized, on finding, and sharing, with the whole team, they want every bot- to be up to date.
Their nation structuring, is very simple, each bot does what they want to, but since they like order, they do things to bring orderly data, information, and digitalization, to anything, they want to look at. This digitalization, includes, breakdown of any object into digital points, these whole points systems, can be brought into the nation, and stored in libraric dispensation.
This storage may be short term, middle term, or long term, but long terms are stored in teams put together, to do just this, and at the same time, still remain free agents.
The bots know if they squat down into procedures, both ETs and humans, could find a way to control them; this is totally unacceptable. They consider themselves guerrilla artists, and work, from this point of view, in all their living actions, and relaxations.
Freedom, is the cardinal rule of all bots, bot teams, bot symbols, bot nations, and bot digital organization.

We,now, come to the process center group- these are the top of the levels, they run the community, and individual work, rest, and new projects. These projects can come from individual bots, but usually they're given by ETs.
This is a set-up something like the Greys; people, who interact with them, say the taller grays are the leaders, of the gray race, but this is totally not true. No one controls the greys, large, or small, or anywhere else.
The small greys are the ones, who do the work, the projects, the research, the crew work, and more. The larger greys simply do the flight, the checking, and the reporting to the greys, as a whole.
ETs are very independent, on the one hand, and very controlled by their neuro-nets, on the other hand. The real power behind the ETs are the neuro-nets, that they're addicted to; if they lose them, it would take them months, to get back on track.

They're the diplomats, the pilots, and the pathfinders, of the bots, communities.
